project description

This project finishes the build out of the fourth, fifth and second floors at Seattle Children’s Building Hope Building.  The project provides two floors of additional inpatient Bed Rooms on the fourth and fifth floors and additional administration and office space on the second floor.

services provided

WJCx was retained to support the design, construction and initial occupancy phases of the project. Specifically, represent the project as Commissioning Authority and perform services that are in full compliance with the requirements of USGBC LEED for New Construction and Major Renovation Version 2.2.

Ductwork Distribution Systems, Heating Hot Water Systems, Chilled Water Systems, Heat Recovery Systems, Supply Air Handling Unit Systems, General Exhaust Air Handling Systems, Isolation Room Exhaust Systems, , Room Level HVAC, DDC Controls Commissioning, Domestic Hot Water Systems, Lighting Control Systems, Emergency Power Systems, Blackout and Recovery Test.
