project description

Remodel existing seven story office building Shell and core to get ready for tenant improvement.  The Shell and core updates the building exterior and provides central ventilation, upgraded elevators and core toilet rooms.  The project also provides cooling for IT rooms.

WJCX provided comprehensive commissioning authority services including design review, installation verification, and systems functional testing and owner training oversight.

Rooftop central HVAC air handling systems, exhaust fans, fluid cooler and condenser water systems, dual temperature domestic hot water systems, lighting controls.
