project description

This project was an expansion resulting in an eight-story inpatient building containing 196 universal patient rooms, nurses stations, patient rooms, prenatal support spaces, exam rooms, and Emergency Department. A five-level sky bridge connects to the existing hospital. This Project is GC/CM with Sellen Construction, MC/CM with McKinstry, and EC/CM with Veca Electric. LEED-NC Gold certified building.

WJCx was retained to support the design, construction and initial occupancy phases of the project. Specifically, represent the project as Commissioning Authority and perform services that are in full compliance with the requirements of USGBC LEED for New Construction and Major Renovation Version 2.2.
