project description

This project renovates a portion of the fourth and fifth floors of the River Wing and a portion of the fifth floor of the Mountain Wing at Seattle Children’s Hospital. The renovated space includes patient bed rooms and supporting spaces. The build out doubles the psychiatric inpatient capacity of Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Construction and Acceptance phase commissioning authority services including Installation verification forms, Start –up oversight, functional performance testing, O & M review and Owner training oversight.

systems tested

VAV terminal units, heating coils, domestic water pumps, medical gas alarming, Domestic water temperature delivery, existing AHU’s and Exhaust fans.

Heating hot water pumps, lighting controls, access controls, systems under emergency power, patient monitoring and general fire alarm shut down.
