project description

This project added a new Emergency Department with a dedicated behaviorhealth unit, new entrance, new 7,600 square foot lobby, new imaging center to Swedish Edmonds.  There is also 37,000 square feet of shelled space for future buildout.  Swedish Edmonds Emergency Department annual patient visits exceeds 42,000.

services provided

Wilson Jones Commissioning provided full service commissioning for the Edmonds expansion.  This started with an intensive design review and control sequence review, focused mainly on the Heat Recovery Chiller.  We reviewed contractor installation verifications, witnessed major equipment start up, conducted functional performance tests and conducted commissioning meetings.

Heat recovery chiller, cooling tower, Economizer Air handling unit, Heat recovery exhaust system, Steam converters, domestic hot water, Nurse Call, Emergency power ATS’s, lighting controls, condensate receiver and pump, terminal units, cabinet unit heaters, unit heaters, radiant floor system.
