project description

This addition to the existing Phase I corrections center provided housing units for 544 more beds to the facility for the State of Washington. The additional buildings included two new housing units and a new laundry facility.

The HVAC systems incorporated a complex smoke evacuation mode, allowing the safe and orderly egress of inmates during a lockdown condition. The new laundry facility incorporates a new 300BHP steam boiler and heat recovery system.
